All machines can be monitored on-line 24/7 and even have their own ‘back to base’ alarm systems which communicate directly to your mobile phone. The oil is changed after a certain time period or cooking a certain number of serves- which means the chips are only ever cooked in fresh clean oil. Unfortunately we can't tell you exactly how the machine works but we can tell you the technology is sophisticated, unique and is currently covered by provisional patents.

Quality second to none

Since the Hot Fresh Fries machine only ever cooks one serve of chips at a time, the technology built into the machine lets it know exactly how long to cook each serve of fries and it will only cook them when the oil is at exactly the right temperature. This means the machine produces a perfectly cooked serve of Hot Fresh Fries each and every time it's used.
